Domaine Loberger
Jean-Jacques Loberger continues the tradition of the family firm started in the 17th century, located on the “Route de Vins” in the village of Bergholtz, 20km south of Colmar.

Gewurztraminer Weingarton 2003
This grape has brought more fame to Alsace than any other. It has a distinctive, spicy, dry - finish with a hint of sweetness, and floral overtones. Often drunk as an aperitif, it is also ideal with the rich Alsace cooking.

C & C Bléger
Our new find in Orschwiller, C & C Bléger produces a full range of wines vinified in the strictest tradition with an emphasis on quality. Respectful of the soil and taking the organic route, one of the sons, Christophe, gave us delightful tasting and spoke of his plans for the future. Harlequin Wines will feature in that.
Pinot-Gris 2004
Gives yellow peaches on the nose while being a full, rich, soft wine, well balanced with acidity, and a touch of pepper. Ideally suited for foie gras and spicy sausage, yet will complement smoked fish and white meat.

Vignoble A Scherer
The family firm now run by Cristophe Scherer continues the tradition founded in 1750 in Husseren-les-Chateaux. This is the highest wine village of Alsace and is located 7Km from Colmar at the foot of the 3 Châteaux of Eguisheim.
Pinot Noir 2004 Reserve
This light coloured red wine is graced with the subtle flavours of summer fruits, especially raspberry. With its light tannins and superb dry finish, this is an ideal wine for roast lamb and goat’s cheese.
